Our Company Profile

Leo Primecomp Pvt Ltd is having nearly 3 decades of experience in the field of high precision components manufacturing and was established in the year of 1984. We are in to manufacture and supply of machined and turned ferrous and non ferrous components to Automobiles, Electricals and Electronics (sub assemblies to Banking automation), Hydraulics, Medical, Power & Aerospace sectors. Leo is having 6 manufacturing plants in various locations of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. We are capable of machining a single component range from 1 gm to 120 ton and 3mm to 3000 mm dia.

Plant – I

Plant – I was started in the year of 1984 at Kandhanchavadi, Chennai with building having an area of 3000 sq ft with Swiss type Auto lathes to supply the components to Automobile, Electrical & Electronics (Banking Automation) sectors.

Plant – II

Plant � II was started in the year of 2001 at Perungudi, Chennai with building having an area of 7000 sq ft with 2, 3 & 4 axis CNC Turning & Milling machines to supply the components to Electrical and Electronics (Banking Automation), Hydraulics sector in addition to Automobile sectors.In 2015 the same has been shifted and merged with Plant 5.

Plant - III

Plant – III was started in the year of 2004 at Perungudi, Chennai with building having an area of 14000 sq ft with CNC Multi spindle Swiss type turn mill centers to meet the increased customer requirement in the Automobiles & Electrical and Electronics (Banking automation sectors).

During 2006 in plant III we have added the temperature controlled CNC Grinding shop to meet SUB MICRON level tolerances with internationally accepted measuring equipments like ZEISS CMM, ZEISS ROUNDNESS TESTER, ZEISS CONTOUR TESTER

Plant - IV (100% EOU)

Plant – IV was started in the year of 2007 at Pondicherry with building having an area of 10000 sq ft with Injection Moulding machines & temperature controlled sub Assembly line to meet the customer requirement for injection molding and assembled components in the Automobiles & Electrical and Electronics (Banking Automation) sectors

Our customers are spread around 17 countries like Europe, Latin America, United States and also China.

Later in 2013 this facility has been closed and shifted to plant 5.

Plant - V (100% EOU)

Plant – V was started in the year of 2008 at Ponmar Village, Chengal Pattu Taluk, Kanchipuram District with 140000 sq ft land building having an area of 40000 sq ft with Multi Axis CNC sliding Head stock and Multi spindle CNC machines to meet the customer requirement in the Automobiles ( Common Rail fuel injection components), Electrical and Electronics ( Banking Automation), Medical & Hydraulics sectors

Plant 5 is having the temperature controlled CNC Grinding shop to meet SUB MICRON level tolerances with internationally accepted measuring equipments like ZEISS CMM, MAHR ROUNDNESS TESTER, MAHR CONTOUR TESTER with CLEANLINESS LAB achieve upto cleanliness standard 4

Plant - VI

Plant – VI Heavy Engineering Plant was started in the year of 2010 at Gummidipundi, Tiruvallur District with 400000 sq ft land building having an area of 100000 sq ft with Heavy duty CNC lathes, CNC floor borers with Indexing table, CNC Blade Milling Machines to meet the customer requirement in the Hydro, Thermal, Wind Power, Aeronautic & Aero space sectors

All the above plants are certified for ISO/TS: 16949:2009
